Tasting Notes

Tasting from 03.01.2024: Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter

Plum compote on the nose. Some carbonic acid in the mouth, also residual or extracted sweetness, firm tannin and an almost "loud" "éclat de fruit", measured alcohol, compact structure, well-integrated acidity. A juicy, powerful wine with fruit to the very end.
