Tasting from 03.01.2024: Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter

Chocolate and black cherry confit, all very dense on this nose. The palate emphasises juiciness and drinking flow, but weaves an intense tactile minerality into the structure that sets the wine apart, almost squaring the circle: lightness and depth. Peppery, slatey finish.
