Violet colour. Floral notes, lilac, violets, elderberry juice. Floury tannin in medium quantity, smooth background, mild acidity, reductive ageing, the length of the tannin effect exceeds the persistence of the aromatics. A roughneck, though not without chalky mineral notes.
