Tasting from 03.01.2024: Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter

On the nose, a touch of wood and a complex spiciness with herbs, liquorice, a hint of black cherry and hints of truffle. The palate offers a great combination of high intensity, forward tannins and a impression of lightness. The long finish is intensely mineral, however, the aromas are still largely closed, so don't drink it too soon!
