Tasting Notes

90
Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate rim brightening. Delicately leafy black berry confit on the nose, somewhat restrained and vegetal, needs some air, with subtle nuances of kitchen vegetables. Juicy, ripe plums, red berry confit, sweet extract, well-integrated tannins, sticks well, already drinkable, has further maturing potential.
