Tasting from 20.03.2015

Smells of sour cherry juice and beetroot, after air contact also of smoked white pepper. Surprisingly supple on the palate, with mild, silky tannins that only build up a hint of astringency towards the end. Accessible, intense palate fruit and a fruity, juicy tannin component. Subtle acidity.
