An elegant Sauvignon Blanc with a wealth of flavours that reflects the wide ripening spectrum of the grape variety. Granny Smith apple, melon, passion fruit, mint, lime and fresh kitchen herbs on the nose - cool, tropical and always precise. There is also a delicate smoky and mineral note. Full-bodied on the palate, with fresh acidity, medium body and a salty finish.
