Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Light golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate candied orange zest, a hint of honey blossom, delicate herbal savouriness, a somewhat restrained bouquet. Elegant, complex, white fruit palate with light orchard apples and lemon citrus. Creamy nougat on the finish. A fine appealing style, already drinking beautifully.
