Brilliant green gold. A fragrant nose of ripe peach, elderflower, nuances of lemon zest and fresh yeast plait. On the palate there's a fine, integrated mousse with saline acidity and a creamy texture, all harmoniously dosed and balanced with a fine fruit texture and vanilla notes in the finish. A good accompaniment to food.
