Pale yellow gold with green reflections. Fresh, inviting nose of pear, green apple, kiwi and lime, underpinned by hawthorn and fennel herb. Full-bodied on the palate, demanding mousse, pleasant acidity with a mineral, tart finish. Lingers on the palate.
