Golden yellow colour. Vanilla, roasted almonds, brioche, some anise and yellow apple on the nose. Full-bodied, complex, with plenty of body, elegant acidity and fine mousse. Caramel with a salty touch in the aftertaste. A full-bodied pleasure!
