Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

A fresh nose of radiant wild berry fruit leaps from the glass. It's not yet very complex but attractive nonetheless. In the mouth, the wine is full-bodied, with fine-grained tannins in medium to medium-high quantities laid over a supple base and a ripe but well-sustained acidity. Distinct tactile minerality shows on the finish, which has very good length. A touch of the New World.
