Discreetly boisée aromas with white flowers and slightly citrusy and chalky undertones show on the nose. The palate starts smoothly and creamily in the mouth which is then backed up by a firm acidity and fine savoury middle palate. It's nutty, chalky with delicate phenolics and a tactile mineral finish. This is a very well-balanced, subtle white Burgundy, mineral and aromatic.
