Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Initially reductive on the nose, somewhat leeky, almond, needs a lot of air and then aerates positively. Well-balanced, neat palate, medium-bodied, lots of juiciness and sweet fruit, balanced by ripe acidity which then concentrates on the finish. Present tactile minerality, a Chablis tout court with power, density and good length.
