Tasting Notes
Pale yellow-green, silver reflections. Fine reductive nose of hazelnut flour, peach, lime zest and damp gravel, a hint of popcorn, mineral notes, delicately spicy and inviting. Taut on the palate, staged with a fresh acid structure, white stone fruit, underlaid with fine caramel, a highly elegant, lively wine, salty and promising, has a convincing length, an impressive young food companion.
