Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Strong crimson garnet, purple reflections, discreet brightening on the rim. Delicate leafy red berry confit, a hint of liquorice, smoky, almost animalistic edge. Juicy, mineral, dark cherries, round tannins, peppery finish, freshly structured, silky, salty and elegant, an individualistic food wine.
