Tasting from 01.12.2016

Medium yellow with green reflections. The nose brings fine hints of white tropical fruit, subtle meadow herbs and a touch of hazelnut, underpinned by flint and a pinch of sea air. A juicy and complex palate, with pronounced fruit core, that majors on yellow stone fruit throughout. There's a fine acid structure that gives the wine lightness of foot, as well as salty-citrus nuances on the finish that lasts for minutes.
