Tasting from 26.09.2025: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Gerhild Burkard, Romana Echensperger

Light yellow in colour, fine and persistently effervescent. On the nose, notes of kumquat, mandarin zest, Boskoop apple, apple leaves, plus walnut, chestnut honey, buttered toast and brioche. Delicately sparkling, juicy and vinous on the palate, with plenty of flavour and ripe fruit. Animating and balanced, with measured acidity. A fine accompaniment to food and equally good to drink on its own.
