Initial aromas of vineyard peach, white peach, some herbal savoury notes and wet stone. Supple on the mid-palate, vivacious but perfectly balanced acidity, closed but with some phenolic character. Not too precise, but not green either. A racy, mineral focused Riesling from vines planted mostly in 1943, and some in 1982.
