Tasting Notes

Tasting from 21.03.2025: Romana Echensperger

This Crémant is persistent, finely sparkling and light straw yellow in the glass. Its fragrance is subtle and characterized by aromas of ripe apple, quince jelly, walnut and toast. A creamy, finely sparkling mousse unfolds on the palate. The acidity is pleasantly fresh and the noticeable dosage gives it an harmonious drinking flow. A Crémant for a wide audience.
