This Crémant is light yellow in colour and finely sparkling. On the nose, a complex bouquet with delicate aromas of meadow flowers, quince, pear, apricot, lemon balm and subtle notes of buttery brioche. On the palate, it is finely effervescent, with balanced acidity, dosage and mousse. A unique, yeasty perfume develops on the long finish. An elegant, first-class Crémant.
