The red wine Minervois AOC Et Cetera, vintage 2017 from the winery Domaine Terres Georges has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grenache, Carignan, Syrah from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Animal scent, cherry-fruity layer. Almost like a rustic Sangiovese. Built tight and sinewy, a bit rough, vital acidity, but also a powerful alcohol content. A layer of chalky minerality, the good fruit cover can keep up with the sinewy structure, it remains homogeneous into the finish, fruity length. Traditional style in a good format.
