Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Fresh, clear bouquet with notes of preserved sour cherry, raspberry confit and blueberry. In addition there are fine complex hints of caramel, undergrowth and cocoa. On the palate, it is elegant with precise acidity, nutty-spicy notes, red currant, ripe, fine tannin, long and fresh with an ethereal white pepper finish.
