Tasting Notes
Read "in October" with a ageing potential alcohol content of 13% by volume. Bright golden in colour. A ripe aroma: bread crust, yeasty notes, raisin, stewed apple. On the palate, the wine starts smoothly, continues with radiantly firm acidity, unfolds mealy phenolics, this vintage also still seems lively and vivid, all components have tension and freshness, the chalkiness from the soil is very evident. Fine minerality.
