Medium greenish yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, finely nuanced spiced aromas combine with fresh pear, subtle lime zest, floral notes and a saline minerality. The highly elegant palate is full-bodied and well balanced with fine fruit expression, fine acidity, and subtle honeyed notes on the long finish. With the potential for further ageing this is a multi-faceted food wine.
