Tasting from 18.04.2014

Demeter. Very closed on the nose, almost scentless. Dense, phenolic framework on the palate, subtle acidity, reductively tinted finish notes with a hint of upcoming spice. Very intense mineral character over all. Excellent, tightly bundled and gripping extract, but aromatically the wine is currently completely closed. Superb minerality and substance with a generous, soft background.
