Notes of apple and lemon blossom behind an intense yeast aroma. Taut and compact on the palate, the structure is supported by phenols rather than acidity, firmly gripping tactile-mineral mid-palate, light green tones, reductive finish aromas, currently unapproachable - but with undoubted potential, will need years.
