A hint of wood (oat flakes, sesame) and almost terpene-like savoury flavours, nectarine, lemon balm. Soft but textured palate, silky flow with a hint of phenolics in it, subtle but carrying acidity, only just opening up on the finish with excellent further flavour and certain ageing potential.
