Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Sour cherry, lime zest and sweet vanilla wood spices on the nose. A punchy and slightly oily attack on the mouth, with a high amount of sandy tannin, bold fruit supporting the creamy body, ripe juicy acidity, with a vivid, dry lime minerality dominating the finish. Has a long future ahead of it.
