Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Medium crimson, ochre reflections, broad and bright rim. Delicately savoury underlay, nuances of red wild berry fruit, cherry compote, it still has somewhat reductive notes and dark minerality. Juicy, fresh cherry, well-integrated tannins, taut and persistent, with a chalky touch on the finish. It is a multi-faceted food wine, vivid, with a subtle tannic spiciness in the finish.
