Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Medium yellow-green, silver reflections. Fine savoury notes and nuances of yellow fruit, subtle Cape gooseberry and bergamot, pineapple, ripe peach, fine honey blossom, subtle nougat, tremendously complex bouquet. Juicy, elegant, good complexity, pronounced fruit, fine, well-integrated acidity, persistent, already approachable, honey blossom on the finish, mineral aftertaste, simply delicious.
