The white wine Sancerre AOC Constellation de Scorpion, vintage 2017 from the winery Domaine Vincent Gaudry has been rated in 2019 by Peter Moser with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Sancerre in France.
Bright golden yellow, silver reflections. Ripe yellow tropical fruit notes, some mango and honey blossom, hints of quince jelly, unique bouquet. Juicy, silky texture, delicate honey, elegant body, emphatically mineral on the finish, shows good length, pronounced fruit sweetness on the finish, already very well developed, flinty note on the back palate, far from a superficial wine.
