Very subtle smoke is all that appears on the shy nose. The palate is concentrated, stony, chalky, cool, pristine. There is concentration and stony, cooling depth and wonderful purity that veers away from fruit and into the soil. For now the texture is informed by subtle oak, bedded in generous fruit, but the stone will reveal itself further.
