Wet pebble and ocean breeze are the two first intense notions on the nose. This is followed by the pure scent of strawberry sorbet edged with lemon. The palate is wonderfully rich and textured, brimming with ripe strawberry fruit that seems to have an apricot intensity. More air makes the wine verge even into passion fruit territory. Both texture and intensity are extraordinary. The finish is fresh and long.
