Bright, shiny golden yellow. Delicate hints of biscuit, pickled stone fruit, reine claude plum, yellow pear on the nose. Noticeable sweetness on the palate at the beginning, then delicate woody notes with a lively acid backbone, relatively soft mousse. Fading candied citrus fruit with restrained length.
