White gold with green reflections. Restrained bouquet at the beginning, with vanilla, yeast rolls and some Williams pear. On the palate, there are superficial woody notes, piquant acidity with vanilla flavour, medium mousse. Spicy, tart structure supported by the woody sweetness. Medium body.
