Intense black berry fruit on the nose, underlaid with fine vanilla, hints of cherries and blackberries, candied orange zest, and all with a fine herbal savouriness underpinning. Very rich and extractive on the palate - almost a touch opulent - meaning the tannins are barely noticeable behind the fruit drive. Excellent length and secure development potential. .
