Tasting from 16.08.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby in colour. Dark fruit on the nose: cassis, black cherry, plum, with mineral-smoky notes and a peppery savouriness. Medium fullness on the palate. Elegant with fine but noticeable tannins, ripe acidity, medium length and a juicy finish. Again, mineral on the finish.
