Tasting Notes
Bright, brilliant golden yellow with a persistent, delicate mousse. Very ripe, buttery nose of honeycomb, vanilla and banana, delicately roasted hazelnuts and white chocolate. Full-bodied on the palate with very small bubbles, slightly salty, juicy, good length, yellow-fruity.
