Brilliant golden yellow with persistent, elegant mousse. On the nose very ripe, buttery, honeycomb, vanilla and banana, softly-roasted hazelnuts and white chocolate. Full on the palate with very small-beaded mousse, salty, juicy, good length, fruity.
