Tasting from 07.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl

Blueberry, cinnamon and sandalwood, juniper, pinimenthol, in the mouth the wine has a tight tannin, slight sweetness, a juicy fruit with a pinch of fermentation carbonic acid, northern Spanish hipster style with a slight Vin Nature impression, but well made.
