Delicately bright straw yellow in colour with green reflections. On the nose, light, smoky aromas with notes of ripe golden yellow apple, honey, lemongrass and fresh meadow herbs. The palate is juicy with striking acidity, very straightforward, shows fine minerality, and elegant citrus nuances redolent of grapefruit with a fine, driven finish.
