Tasting from 07.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl

Toasty, ripe fruit, elderberry, black cherry, herbal tincture. On the palate, the wine has a silky, voluptuous, almost lusciously mild tannin integrated into the oiliness of the body. Acidity and fruit combine in the mid-palate to create great delicacy, despite the power of the wine, which is then completely lost in the length and juiciness of the finish.
