Tasting from 07.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl

Intensely berry-led nose of blueberry compote, new wood and elderberry juice. The palate opens powerful and salty, with very fine tannin that give structure. The natural, ripe acidity emphasises the fruit and gives grip and density. Finishes on juicy fruit, with some clearly salty tones.
