The red wine Blaufränkisch, vintage 2011 from the winery Dveri Pax has been rated in 2022 by Peter Moser with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Blaufränkisch from the region Podravska - Podravje - Drau region in Slovenia.
Deep crimson garnet with violet reflections and a broad and bright ochre rim. On the nose there are aromas of blackberry jam, nougat, dark cherries and some oak. It is juicy, balanced with fine tannins and flavours of ripe wild berries and a subtle sweetness on the finish. A nice mature accompaniment for food.
