Light yellow green with silver reflections. On the nose there are aromas of fresh meadow herbs, a hint of pear and mango, lime zest and smoky spice. It is firm with fresh acidity and has flavours of white apple fruit and then a mineral lemon aftertaste. It is a light-footed wine which self-recommends as an accompaniment for food.
