Tasting from 01.10.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Yeasty and spicy aroma, overflowing milk. In the background floral, lavender, but then also peach stone, on the palate there is a lot of muscle, terpenes, firm acidity and a very dry balance, the oily-soft parts do not come from botrytis, but from the terpene extract, a ripe layer of phenolics supports the body, great length. Very individual.
