The red wine Rabizza Toscana IGT, vintage 2021 from the winery Ejamu has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Intense, shimmering ruby. Fragrant and intense nose, initially some graphite and cedar wood, fine savouriness, then plenty of blackberry and black cherry. Hearty and gripping on the palate, lots of dark blackberry fruit, spreads across with dense tannins and a fine texture.
