Bright golden yellow. A nose of liquorice, hazelnut, some brown bread, slight bacon hints and fine savoury notes. Opens on the palate on toasted tones, fine elegant texture with an intricate mousse, a generous wine which drinks very well. Salty and with lots of texture on the dry finish.
