Brightest, pale salmon pink. On the nose salty iodic, orange blossom and blood orange, some quince, and toast. On the palate very well balanced and matched with a filigree mousse, it seems very elegant, juicy and vivid. It is a great food wine to accompany important shellfish, and be sure to enjoy it from a Burgundian glass.
